Work began last week on the first properties to benefit from the Net Zero Terrace Streets project. These properties are undergoing significant retrofits, including essential insulation upgrades, new doors and windows, solar panels, and ground source heat pumps (GSHP). Roof work is already underway, and boreholes have been drilled
